R: What happens to a star that’s fallen?
Do all the wishes vanish in thin air?
I wonder if anybody cares

B: You must have traveled so far to get here
So far away from home and yet nowhere
I wonder if anybody cares

I can touch a star tonight
One that fell and lost its light

B:
Maybe it came through the milky way
The northern lights were hoping it would stay

R:
Why did you run so far from home?
What were you expecting to see?
The sky is missing a star
Is anybody missing me?

B:
Someone should try to come and find you
You’ve been lost for thousands of years
Waiting patiently
Is anybody waiting for me?

B:
What do I do without a star to guide me,
R:
Where do I go when the sky is turning black?
Both:
The home that I knew isn’t there anymore
Why would I ever go back

If I had one wish I would wish to belong somewhere
