About a way to kick this town high gear
An now I’ve finally come up with a plan

Step one, rehabilitation
Step two, a new accommodation
Smack dab in the middle of town
We’ll all be getting’ down
At the Happy Go Lucky Theatre destination.

Step three, a celebration
A black tie, jubilation
Red carpet under our feet
